Introducing the Monomaster

An Innovative and Novel Storage Device for Handling Waste Monofilament

We are always keen to help promote products that go towards making our sport more environmentally friendly and this new device called a Monomaster is one that every angler can use to make an instant impact. It also stops the problem of getting your waste line tangled in pockets and bags. Please read the details below for how this simple and handy little device works...

What lasts longer, Empires, buildings or monofilament? Monofilament, probably. It lasts up to six hundred years!

So what happens when we have a wind knot or tangle and have to change tippet or a leader? We stuff the discarded line into our vest pocket, and later find it stuck in our zipper or wrapped around our hook sharpener- if we’re lucky.

If not? We reach into our pocket and accidentally pull the line out and drop it into the water or onto the bank where it eventually ends up wrapped around a bush, a heron or a trout.

At last there is now a simple little light-weight new tool that can be attached to a fishing vest or stored in a pocket or tackle box and used to conveniently store all waste mono generated while fishing.

The monomaster weighs less than 40 grams and provides an easy and environmentally sound solution.

No more tangles in your waders, pockets, or tackle box!

I've been using one for a few trips now and it really is easy to just wind on any waste line in a couple of seconds and it is out of the way. It is also much more convenient to pick up other line I see laying around too leaving the enviroment a safer place for the local wildlife.

How it works!
